Barbara Gilbert

AJL Business Secretarial Services was founded in 2006 by Barbara Gilbert, Owner and Proprietor.  Barbara has over 25 years’ corporate experience in the public and private sectors in administrative operations, document preparation, spreadsheets and database development, bookkeeping, customer service and customer relations.

Throughout her career, Barbara has taken courses to develop and enhance her skills to the level of proficiency she has today.  Barbara uses her expertise of the Microsoft Office suite to prepare a wide variety of documents for the business community.  Accounting software is used for bookkeeping tasks.

Her career has provided her with many opportunities to work in the areas of office administration, customer service, financial tracking, monitoring and reporting, invoicing, bill payments, purchase orders, and information management.
